Who we are
Ilford Removals is a UK-registered international removals firm based in Ilford, East London (Redbridge borough). Quote requests submitted through this site are processed by the team responsible for your destination.
What we collect
Information you submit through the quote form: name, contact details, origin postcode, destination country, intended dates, notes about your move. Information you send by email or share by phone: equivalent move details, plus any documentation we ask for to file the customs paperwork.
How we use it
To prepare a quote, route the brief, run the move, file customs paperwork, and stay in contact with you about your specific job. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. We share the minimum required information with HMRC, with destination customs authorities, and with the underwriter providing your goods-in-transit cover.

Retention
Quote requests we don't progress are retained for a reasonable period and then deleted. Records of completed moves are retained as long as required for customs, accounting, and insurance audit purposes.
